Affiliate Policy Agreement

Welcome to the Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel.com makes the Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") available to you. By becoming a Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel Affiliate and using the Affiliate Program you expressly agree to be bound by and follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel.com reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel.com Web Site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following posting of a change notice or new agreement on the Personalized Products Plus / 4CustomApparel.com Web Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, U.S., and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Pennsylvania. In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of contained on these Web sites, or the use of these Web sites, must be filed within 30 days after such claim or cause of action arose.
